A tablespoon of the mixture is poured into a container where a glass of boiling water is added.
Leave covered for 10 min.
The juice is drained and set aside, a glass of water is added to the rest of the plants and boiled for 5 minutes.
The tea is mixed with the first one and we will have two doses a day. (Tea should be drunk as little as possible sweetened).
The cure lasts up to 7-8 days.
