FarmaOn stores and processes customer personal information pursuant to Law 9887, dated 10.03.2008 “On personal data protection”.

The main purpose for personal data processing is to ensure adequate order delivery through the www.farmaon.al website, to improve service quality, and to communicate information related to orders and of interest to customers.

The customer has the right to refuse promotional offer communication by FarmaOn at any time.

FarmaOn only stores personal data required for the use of our services and these data may be shared with our commercial partners only after the expressed consent of the customer.

Personal data are protected with a username and password protocol that the customer uses for all online purchases. The customer undertakes to keep this password confidential. Should the customer believe or suspect that his/her account is at risk, he/she should inform FarmaOn immediately.

The customer shall have the right to access, correct, and delete his/her personal data, and to refuse the processing of his/her data. The customer may exercise these rights at any time through a request addressed to FarmaOn.
