The action of nifedipine is increased by lidocaine, with local anesthetic effect and pain reliever.
Indications:

Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Nifedipine and lidocaine cross the placental barrier and are excreted in breast milk. Studies in mice and rabbits have shown that nifedipine can provoke teratogenic effects. Lidocaine has not been shown to pose a risk to the fetus. Antrolin should not be used during pregnancy and lactation.
