Lamberts Multi-Guard ADR is a specialised multi-formula combining vitamins, minerals and selected additional ingredients (including CoQ10, Korean ginseng and taurine) to support daily nutritional intake when life is demanding.
- Full vitamin B complex to support normal energy-yielding metabolism
- Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal mental performance
- Magnesium contributes to normal nervous system function and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue
- CoQ10 (ubiquinone) plays a role in cellular energy release processes
- Korean ginseng (standardised extract) and taurine included as part of the formula
Suitable for: adults with active, busy routines; suitable for vegetarians.
Cautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product contains iron which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children—keep out of sight and reach of children. Do not take if pregnant or breastfeeding. If you are under medical supervision or taking medication, consult a healthcare professional before use.
Take 2 tablets daily, preferably one with breakfast and one with either lunch or dinner, or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist.
