Lamberts Milk Thistle provides a standardised extract from the fruits of Silybum marianum (milk thistle), with a defined amount of silymarin in each tablet.
- Standardised extract: 300mg milk thistle fruit extract per tablet, corresponding to 174mg silymarin (calculated as silibinin).

If you have active liver disease or are taking other medicines, consult your doctor/pharmacist. If symptoms worsen or do not improve after one week, seek medical advice.
Directions (oral use):
- Adults and the elderly: take 1 tablet per day as required.
- Swallow whole with water or another liquid. Do not chew.
- Do not exceed the stated dose.
- Do not give to children or adolescents under 18 years.
Per tablet: 300mg standardised extract (as dry extract) from Milk Thistle fruits (Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertner), equivalent to 7200mg–8100mg fruits; corresponding to 174mg silymarin (calculated as silibinin). Extraction solvent: Acetone 95% v/v.
Other ingredients: Maltodextrin, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Sodium Croscarmellose, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate, Colloidal Hydrated Silica. Tablet coating: Polydextrose, Hypromellose, Titanium Dioxide, Curcumin, Copper Chlorophyllin, Medium Chain Triglycerides.
