LAMBERTS Bio-Iron Complex is a food supplement formulated to support daily iron intake alongside nutrients that can be lower in plant-based diets. It combines iron as bisglycinate (selected for good absorption and gentle stomach tolerance), vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin (a body-ready form), and added L-Lysine.
