Our sustainably sourced turmeric roots come from India, where it has been grown with care for thousands of years. Long beloved for its medicinal properties, turmeric has been a pillar for many ancient medical systems, including Ayurvedic and Chinese practices.
Our all-natural formulation brings you turmeric root, along with a potent dose of the active compound curcumin and piperine to boost absorption.
Our turmeric supplement also includes a standardised extract of black pepper with 95% piperine. This has been scientifically proven to aid absorption of curcumin by a huge 2000%.
Turmeric is the powdered root of the Curcuma Longa plant. This vibrant yellow powder has a host of beneficial plant compounds, including a group of polyphenol plant pigments called curcuminoids. One of these curcuminoids is curcumin, which is responsible for turmeric’s vivid colour - and proven to have many of its own health benefits when extracted from turmeric.
