Some plants are nutritionally richer than others, but for sheer concentration and variety of nutrients, Spirulina stands out as one of the most nutrient rich and diverse foods.
For this reason, it is regarded as nature’s ‘superfood’.
Spirulina provides more nutrition per hectare than any other crop or livestock, making it an environmentally green choice.
One hectare of Spirulina provides 40 times more protein than a hectare of soya, and 200 times more protein per hectare than beef cattle.
Spirulina is a complete protein containing all 8 essential amino acids, making it a perfect choice for those wishing to support their protein intake without the environmental impact that many sources have.
Our Organic Spirulina capsules each contain only pure Organic Spirulina powder meaning they are both vegan friendly and free from GM, Gluten, Wheat, Yeast, Dairy, Lactose, Corn, Nuts, Salt, Sugar, Soya and Starch.
