Carefully clean and sterilize the bottle, cap and pacifier.
Pour the required amount of water into the bottle.
Use bottled water with low mineral content or boiled and cooled tap water.
For the preparation of milk formula, the water must be lukewarm (about 40-45°C) before adding the powder.

Fill the measuring spoon included in the package with the powder, and align the spoon with the edge of the can specially designed for this purpose.

Add the appropriate number of level teaspoons of the powder to the water, in the ratio as follows:
1 teaspoon in 30 ml of water.

Place the cap on the bottle and help the milk formula dissolve.
Roll the bottle between your hands, then shake it vigorously.

Before giving your baby a bottle, check the temperature of the milk formula by pouring a few drops on your wrist.
