Boil water, let it cool to 5 ̊C and pour half of it into a clean bottle.2. Use included measuring spoon and leveller to add required amount of powder into bottle.3. Close the bottle and shake immediately, then add remaining water and shake again.4. Fill into drinking cup and check content for drinking temperature.Do not heat up in microwave.
