The berries can be chewed by mouth or taken in the form of tea (depending on age).
On average one to two teaspoons (= 5-10 grams) are chewed well in the mouth and then swallowed.
The tea is prepared by immersing in a container (the measure of two cups of tea) with lukewarm water one or two tablespoons of blueberry fruit and leaving it to simmer for ten minutes.
Then the pot is put on the fire until it boils.
The resulting juice is drunk as a tea and the remaining fruits can be eaten.

Wild blueberry 100% organic.
