Day after day, year after year our skin changes, or better say it ages. For this reason we should take care of our skin every single day. We know the defects of our skin better than anyone else and we know exactly what it needs. X-Ingredients is a Swiss skincare brand which gives us different active ingredients, from which we can choose what we need and mix them together at home.

How X-Ingredients works?

First of all we should choose the base of our cream.

The options are:

1. Base R – rich emulsion
2. Base L – light emulsion
3. Base O – oil free emulsion
4. Base E – eye and lip contour emulsion

So, if you have a dry or very dry skin you should and will choose Base R.

If you have a normal to combination skin you definitively will go for the Base L.

If your skin is very oily, if you have acne then Base O is the one for you.

For everyone that wants to treat the area around the eyes and lips, X-Ingredients offers Base E.

The second step and maybe the most interesting one is choosing the active ingredients (X-Ingredients).

You may choose between 10 strong ingredients and 5 extra help ingredients.  The properties of strong ingredients are:

• Anti-ageing;
• Anti-wrinkle;
• Anti-dark spots;
• Act against eye bags and dark circles;
• Reduce dilated pores and sebum;
• Nourish the dry skin;
• Anti-redness;
• Brightening.

The extra help ingredients are developed to further support the 10 strong ingredients.

Do not forget: The strong ingredients are very concentrated. They should be mixed with the base. Do not mix more than three active ingredients with the base at the same time.

If you mix only one X-ingredient with the base, 3 drops of the X-ingredient are enough. If you will mix three X-ingredients with the base, you should use 2 drops of each X-ingredient, not more.

Below we will list some helpful examples.

Oily & acneic skin

1. If you have an oily skin we recommend without any doubt Base O (oil-free base). As X-Ingredients you may use:
   • X-Ingredient 9 (vitamin H, azelaic acid) – suitable to control the excessive production of skin sebum and performing a mild disinfectant and antiseptic action. They help to reduce pores and their visibility.
   • X-Ingredients 1 (7 Growth factors) – has a fundamental role in helping the reactivation of skin regeneration mechanisms. The wrinkles become less visible and the skin is smooth and with a renewed surface.
   • X-Ingredients Extra Help (vitamin E, resveratrol) – with antioxidant properties, anti-radicals and detoxifying

Mature skin – antiwrinkle efect

• If you have a mature skin, the base is definitively Base R (rich base). You may add:
• X-Ingredient 4 (omega 3-6-9) – which maintain skin integrity, defends from photo-ageing damages, brings a younger and more vital look.
• X-Ingredient 2 (3 collagens, decontracting peptides) – which penetrate the dermis and help the restoration of the extra-cellular matrix and the physiological filling of the deepest layers of the skin.
• X-Ingredient Extra Help (7 hyaluronic acids) – are useful to play a plumping and trophic effect in the various skin layers, from the most superficial to the deepest ones.
